Training Facility The training facility is over 1,200 sq. ft. and has been recently remodelled to fit our rigorous training standards. Complete with a stretching bar that fits eight, and three high-impact punching/kicking bags, the center houses various training equipments designed to streamline the learning process. Plans for future additions to the school include several wooden dummies for hand and leg conditioning, several speed and specialty bags to target specific skill sets, and falling mats for Chin-Na training. |
