  • Monday 6:00pm-7:30pm: Tai Chi & Meditiation
    ​Tuesday 6:00pm-7:30pm: Kung Fu
    ​Thursday: 6:00pm-8:00pm: Kung Fu & Taoist Nutrition
    Sunday 9:00am-11:00am: Taoist Internal Arts*** & Lion Dance
  • ​*** classes on Sunday rotate between Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Taoist Yoga
