The ultimate force is no force, and has no shape, like water.
Water follows the tide, never going against it.
Tai Kung Ha Holistic Center is your guide to traditional ancient Taoist practice of self-cultivation to balance our thoughts, desires and actions in simple basic daily living to prevent diseases and cancer.
For over 25 years, the Tai Kung Ha Holistic Fitness Center has been serving the health and fitness goals of people from all walks of life, young and old, while supporting and promoting culture in their communities along the Denver/Boulder front range. Our aim is to promote self-cultivation and personal well-being through Taoist preventative arts such as Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Meditation, Taoist Yoga, and Taoist Nutrition. Starting in 2024, the Tai Kung Ha Holistic Fitness Center is honored to extend our services and programs to Florence, Oregon and the surrounding communities along the Oregon coast.
