For over 20 years, the Tai Kung Ha Holistic Fitness Center has been serving the health and fitness goals of people from all walks of life, young and old, while supporting and promoting culture in their communities along the Denver/Boulder front range. Our aim is to promote self-cultivation and personal well-being through Taoist preventative arts such as Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Meditation, Taoist Yoga, and Taoist Nutrition.
