Attendees will learn the basic fundamentals of yin, yang, the traditional foundation of Taoist meditation based on stillness and movements, and Taoist Cheng Shang Feng Qi Gong. These exercises reduce the harmful life forces that we face in our daily living and help improve the strength of our spinal cord and joints.
